Wear Red Fundraiser 2008

Heart Disease is the #1 killer of women in the United States and thus requires our close attention.

On February 29th, the Nutley Junior Women's Club hosted a very important event in honor of American Heart Month. While a significant portion of the evening's event was focused on games and prizes, it also provided a means to provide information about heart disease topics to those in attendance. The information we received from the American Heart Association was quite helpful in that regard.

Proceeds from the event were donated to the local charities of the Nutley Junior Women's Club, including a substantial donation to a charity involved in the fight against heart disease.
