Board Members

President, Vicky Flynn
The President is the presiding officer at all meetings. She is responsible for the appointment of members to chair departments, and shall serve as an ex-officio member of all committees. The President represents the Club at all Women's Club events (district, state and federation) when necessary.

1st Vice-President, Judy Concepcion
The First Vice President is responsible for assisting the President throughout the year when requested. She shall perform the duties of the President in her absence and shall coordinate the different departments of the Club. She shall also assist in the coordination of the preparation of final reports. She shall act as a liaison between the Club and the housekeeper of the clubhouse. In the event the President cannot fulfill her term of office, the position shall be filled by the First Vice President for the remaining term.

2nd Vice-President, Barbara Martin
The Second Vice President shall assume the duties of the President and 1st Vice President in their absence. She is responsible for all membership matters, which shall include the maintenance of the membership roster, taking roll of membership at all meetings and shall serve as chair of the annual membership tea. She shall keep in touch with and inspire continued interest in the Club, which includes ensuring attendance at business meetings. She shall conduct an orientation meeting during her term of office, and shall assist the President and 1st Vice President when requested.

Treasurer, Jen Smyth
The Treasurer shall receive all monies and make disbursements as approved by membership and give a detailed report of finance at each Board and Business Meeting. She shall be responsible for paying all taxes at the designated date. She shall keep a separate record of donations and suggested charities. She shall submit an annual financial statement at the end of the April business meeting. She shall prepare a final written expenditure report to both the Club President and State Finance Chair. She shall prepare and deliver to each member a bill for annual dues on or before December 15.

Secretary, Beth Carey-Niebuhr
The Secretary shall keep typewritten minutes of all meetings and provide copies to any absent members. At each business meeting, she shall post a copy of the previous meeting minutes. She shall inform the President of all unfinished business. She shall keep a separate record of all suggestions related to the review of the bylaws. She shall be solely responsible for the receipt and distribution of all club mail and report on all mail and related correspondence at all business meetings. She shall take care of all business and social correspondence at the direction of the President. She shall make duplicate copies of all outgoing correspondence. The Secretary informs the membership of upcoming meetings.
